“Aloha, dear readers, welcome to my blog, in which I spin my tales about all things delicious, and French that are happening to me.  Having recently moved to Paris, and enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu for the year, I can say with great confidence that I am in for the year of my life.

Hemingway said it better than anyone, “If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young (wo)man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast.”

So begins mine.”

That was 3.5 years ago. Now it’s 2013, and food is still my whole life. I cook it every single day.  I spend more time learning about it now too.  Trying to figure out what is best, what is worst, what is affordable, what is ethical, and what is available.  This is my blog, and I hope you likey.

Stephani, we’re thoroughly enjoying your exploits and blog from Paris. What an amazing life you’re having! BTW, I did the same thing with a “taffy apple” that you did with the caramel – ginormous blister took ages to heal. Have fun – you’re in one of my favorite cities.
